This ocean front 2 bedroom penthouse is located on the top floor of the West wing of Beau Rivage Resort. The sliding doors give access to your private balcony and provide you with a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear lagoon with white sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea. The beach area offers shady areas under the waving palm trees and palapas (palm leave umbrellas). There are lounge chairs free to use and to enjoy the best beach day ever. The lagoon is excellent for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a large swimming pool. Beau Rivage is situated in a gated and secured resort with a private parking space per condominium. This property facilitates to adults only.
FEATURES
The spacious condo features 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the penthouse (staircase) and are equipped with a queen size bed. One bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bathtub-shower, sink and toilet. The other bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. The living area is connected via a staircase to the second floor and features a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high-end appliances and finishes. There is a seating-dining area inside and a lounge set outside on the balcony.
AMENITIES
The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet and flat screen TV with cable in the living room. The kitchen has all appliances needed for a home cooked meal such as refrigerator with ice cubes and filtered water, dish washing machine, combi oven-microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso regular small pods), toaster, etc. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans. There is a washer and a dryer available, iron and iron board and hairdryer for your convenience. Cleaning and linen change is scheduled after each 8th night.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Beau Rivage Resort is located only a few blocks away from the historic town center and harbor of Willemstad. In the direct surroundings you will find many nice international and local restaurants plus cocktail bars. The recently renovated "Pietermaai Smal" area with its small streets and colorful houses provides the ultimate Curacao experience. Lots to explore also in the many museums and at the oldest synagogue of the Western Hemisphere Mikve-Israel Emanuel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING
This is a self‑catered, privately owned property. A starter supply of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, bed and bath linens, plus beach towels). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Personal toiletries and other comfort items should be brought along or purchased locally. For longer stays, a mid‑term cleaning with fresh bed and bath linens is included. Beds are prepared with a European‑style duvet, and you’ll always have freshly laundered covers at each changeover.
Electricity usage up to 10 kWh per person per night is covered; additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.
The property is equipped with both US 110V and EU 220V electrical outlets.
In the event of a cancellation an administration fee applies of USD 150.00.

Jo’s place is perfectly beautiful. Fabulous inside apartment and outside. Close by and in walking distance of top restaurants. Wonderful well equipped kitchen. Karin our hostess was a delight, quick to respond to any issues. Also great to have a secure parking spot. The entire visit was awesome!

Wonderful from start to finish!
Everything was wonderful from start to finish! This was our first trip to Curacao & we will be back. In my opinion, Jo’s place is in the perfect location. Waterfront, restaurants within walking distance & centrally located to all of the things the island has to offer.

Amazing complex, very clean!
The complex was amazing. Very clean. Beach and pool were fantastic. Lots of chairs with shade. Lagoon was nice, floated around all day. Close to lots of restaurants. Easy check in.
10 out of 10 experience!
Our stay at Beau Rivage was spectacular! The condo was well equipped.& we couldn’t have asked for more. We spent lots of time on our balcony taking in the peaceful ocean views. Swimming & snorkelling in our own lagoon exceeded our expectations! Our location was perfect for walking to incredible restaurants & into the city centre. We rented a car & explored several beaches which were all incredible. Our favourite was Playa Daaibooi as we saw sea turtles in their natural environment. If you’re out that way stopping at Marfa’s for lunch is a must! Our experience in Curaçao was a 10/10. It is a safe, friendly, clean island. We will be returning!

Great place for great surroundings and very private
Lovely apartment with fabulous view over the ocean
Lovely apartment with a fabulous view of the ocean. The apartment complex's private beach is wonderful, with great snorkeling and several palapas, replete with chaise lounges, for sunbathing and relaxing. We had a few problems with the apartment's air conditioning, but Saskia and Karin were very responsive in dealing with the matter. The apartment itself is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and the beds in the upstairs bedrooms were remarkably comfortable. The apartment could use a few more lamps in the living room and dining room, however. Other than that, I would highly recommend the place; we particularly enjoyed the terrace overlooking the ocean and the great location. We were able to walk to a truly fabulous array of restaurants every night during our stay. And Curacao is a fabulous island!

Very well located on foot from the city center, beautiful condo with the sea a plus. The host is very available and responds to our requests.
Lovely stay!
We had a lovely stay. The location was terrific - close to great restaurants and walkable to town. The kitchen was nicely furnished. The oven is something we weren't used to using and a super nice neighbor helped us by printing an English version of the instructions. We really enjoyed the coffee maker and hot milk in the morning! The stairs going up to the second floor are curved, so it can be a little intimidating; however, by the end of our stay we had it down. The resort is guarded and we felt safe the entire time. The sea life outside of the cove is absolutely amazing! The only recommendation I have is to add a ceiling fan to the dining room where it appears there was one taken down. Had a great time!
