FEATURES
Dushi is a fantastic 1 bedroom vacation rental with direct access to the lagoon and an amazing view. A small hallway leads to the open kitchen and living area. From here a sliding door gives you access to the outside terrace with dining table and chairs. From the terrace you walk onto the first sunbathing deck with lounge chairs. There is an awning for extra sunshade. A few steps further you find the 2nd private deck built over the lagoon with 2 lounge beds just for you. The deck features an outside shower and swim ladder for your convenience and is equipped with deck lights, so you can see the marine live at night as well. Dushi has a master bedroom with a good quality king size bed, bed tables and built in closet. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink. The washroom is a separate space in the hallway. The living room has a nice lounge area with couch, table and reading light. There is a small desk with chair and reading light as a workspace. Dushi is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors.
AMENITIES
Dushi offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, standing fan, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV with IPTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking top, refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven, micro wave, Nespresso coffee machine (small regular pods) and toaster. There is a safe, washer and iron with iron board. Cleaning with linen change is included and scheduled halfway your stay when staying 9 nights or longer. Linens are provided including beach towels. The bed is made with a duvet with fresh cover. Curacao Ocean Resort features a large swimming pool and private beach with loungers and palapas (palm leave umbrellas) which you can use free of charge. The lagoon is crystal clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The house reef is in swimming distance from the beach and filled with exotic fishes and corals.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Dushi is situated within the gated ***** Curacao Ocean Resort and ideally located within walking distance to Mambo Beach. You find lots of entertainment and night life here, like international restaurants, tropical beach bars, a dive shop, a gym and spa, small shops, a casino and the Mambo Beach Boulevard. The Seaquarium and Dolphin Academy are located opposite of the resort where you often see the dolphins jump. Historic Willemstad is only 10 car minutes away. There is a private parking spot reserved for your rental car.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING
This is a self‑catered, privately owned property. A starter supply of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, bed and bath linens, plus beach towels). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Personal toiletries and other comfort items should be brought along or purchased locally. For longer stays, a mid‑term cleaning with fresh bed and bath linens is included. Beds are prepared with a European‑style duvet, and you’ll always have freshly laundered covers at each changeover.
Electricity usage up to 10 kWh per person per night is covered; additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.
The property is equipped with both US 110V and EU 220V electrical outlets.
In the event of a cancellation an administration fee applies of USD 150.00.

Extraordinary stay
We recently had the extreme pleasure of staying at Dushi Curacao Ocean Resort for our vacation this year. The condo was very beautiful and well kept with everything needed to cook a meal inside or grab a towel and head to the private beach for a quick swim. The view of the waterway was extraordinary. The grounds were pristine and we enjoyed the very clean pool and lots of lounging chairs for everyone. The gated resort is moments from Mambo Beach with shops and restaurants so no need to drive anywhere for meals. We couldn't say enough nice things about the condo within this Resort and definitely plan on returning.
Great location!

One of our favourite spots in the Caribbean
Unbelievable view of the water with the most beautiful breeze. The lagoon was like swimming in an aquarium. Beautiful tranquil beach an added bonus. Step thru the back gate and you have entered the busy but beautiful sandy beaches of Mamba. Location was great for all activities and very private. One of our favourite spots in the Caribbean
Perfect spot, helpful host.
Our host, Jo, was so helpful. Not only did she arrange our rental car, but she met us at the property for check-in to explain everything to us, which was super helpful! This was our first visit to Curacao, and we've been very impressed with how lovely & helpful everyone has been. Diving & snorkeling are very big here and the water is so beautiful that you could just spend your whole day in the water. Jo's place is the perfect spot to do just that!! It's in a quiet gated community but just steps from all the action at Mambo beach. We hope to visit again! Thanks again, Jo!
Very relaxing!
Beautiful place with wonderful hosts. Very relaxing and easy to walk to a popular beach but the private beach the resort offers is very nice with ample shade and sun and sandy beach with clear waters.

What a wonderful time we had at Dushi Curacao Ocean Resort. The apartment fit all of our needs. The kitchen was well-supplied with pots and pans, serving setting for 4, an oven, microwave and stove. The living room area was lovely, and the standing fan and ceiling fan were terrific at keeping the room comfortable. And then you step outside!! There’s a table with six chairs on the upper porch and two beach chairs and on the lower level, two chaises that are right next to the water, the blue lagoon., which we accessed from the ladder attached to the deck. We were in the water 2 hours at least every day. Not only can we snorkel in the lagoon area, but there is access to the open ocean at each end of the lagoon, where there’s a treasure of coral and beautiful fish. A good grocery store is just 10 minutes away, stocked with ample food, fresh fruit and greens and wine!! And no worries about drinking Curacao water straight from the tap. We brought our water bottles and filled them constantly. No need for plastic!! And there are many good restaurants within walking distance, many with live music.We had a wonderful week and felt well taken care of. We knew if there was anything we needed, we could call Jo.We highly recommend this lovely apartment right on the lagoon!!!
Great place, 3rd visit!
This was our third time staying in one of Jo's rentals and as usual, the place was great. There's nothing better than jumping right into the lagoon from the deck for a cool down, and also snorkeling throughout the lagoon and out to the point past the boats, etc.
All a person could ask for: wonderful!
I continue to return to the same place primarily because I trust Jo and she has wonderful places. The views, access to the water, close proximity to Mambo Beach, and the shops & restaurants. Jo also hooked me up with a great fishing charter which I use each time I'm there.

We have stayed several times in Curacao Ocean Resort and love it. We have always had a wonderful experience and had everything we needed and more. The Best Place with the Best People!
