This spacious and luxurious oceanfront villa is situated at a beautiful location, built on the cliff, and offers amazing panoramic views. The villa features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a spacious terrace with infinity pool and private garden. Inside, the open floorplan offers a spacious living room and kitchen.
AMENITIES
The villa features a seating area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffeemaker) with breakfast bar which connects to the large terrace. Outside you find the infinity pool surrounded by tiled terrace around the pool with sun loungers and a separate terrace with lounge chairs. The pool area also features a gazebo for extra shade. 3 bedrooms are ground level and have a direct connection to the terrace, an ensuite bathroom, AC, bedtables, nightlight and wardrobe. There are 2 single beds placed together. The 4th bedroom is one level up and features the same amenities like the other bedrooms. The bed features a topper making the bed into a king. The 5th bedroom features a bunkbed only suitable for children. Electricity is 220 voltage round plug. Bedlinen is provided as well as (beach) towels. Maid service (every 3-4th day depending on the length of stay), bedlinen and (beach) towels are included. There is highspeed internet throughout the villa.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
This beautiful villa is located within a 24/7 secured residential area at Rif St Marie in the West end of Curacao. There is no direct access to the ocean from the villa. The front desk is located directly to the left of the entrance. The resort beach area offers shady spots, lounge beds and palapas. This is the heart of the resort and features a restaurant on the beach, a roof top restaurant next to the resort pool, a spa with sauna, a dive shop and bakery with terrace. In the direct surroundings you find a beautiful nature area with the National St Christoffel Park, salt planes and the flamingo breeding area. Other beautiful bays and beach like Daaibooi, Porto Marie and Cas Abao are just a short drive away. The nearest large grocery store is 15 car minutes, the airport 20 car minutes, down town Willemstad 35 car minutes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING
This is a self‑catered, privately owned property. A starter supply of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, bed and bath linens, plus beach towels). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Personal toiletries and other comfort items should be brought along or purchased locally.
For longer stays, a mid‑term cleaning with fresh bed and bath linens is included. Beds are prepared with a European‑style duvet, and you’ll always have freshly laundered covers at each changeover.
Electricity usage up to 10 kWh per person per night is covered; additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.
The property is equipped with both US 110V and EU 220V electrical outlets.
In the event of a cancellation an administration fee applies of USD 150.00.
