Villa Hummingbirdis a wonderful luxurious villa equipped for 8 persons (Max. 6adults and 2 children max. 18years of age). The villa is built on the cliff next to the private beach of Curacao Ocean Resort. The ***** resort has a private beach situated directly at the lagoon and a large swimming pool with kids pool. The lagoon is crystal clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The house reef is in swimming distance of the beach and filled with exotic fishes and corals. On the beach you find palapas (umbrellas) and beach chairs free of charge for your convenience. Curacao Ocean Resort is gated and offers a private parking space for every apartment.
FEATURES
From the terraces and balcony of the master bedroom you have magnificent views over the lagoon, ocean and Seaquarium where you can see the dolphins jump every day. The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite luxurious bathrooms with double sink, shower and toilet. There is a separate wash room in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances (220 and 110 voltage). The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and lounge chair, a large cupboard and a luxury dining table for 8 people. This terrace adjoins the private pool. In addition, there is a sun terrace with outdoor chairs and lounge beds.
AMENITIES
Villa Humingbirdis fully air- conditioned and has a high speed wireless internet connection. There are 3 flat-screen TV's with cable andiPod docking station. Two bedrooms have a king size bed. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The master bedroom on the first floor has its own covered terrace with 2 large lounge chairs. The master bedroom also features a mezzanine. The covered terrace has a lounge area and an outdoor dining table for 8 people. There is a separate laundry room for all bed-, bath- and kitchen linen, including beach towels. Cleaning is scheduled after each 7th day including linen change. A washer and dryer are located in a separate cabinet. The kitchen isfully equipped with Nespresso coffee maker.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Villa Hummingbirdis situated within the gated ***** Curacao Ocean Resort and ideally located within walking distance to Mambo Beach. You find lots of entertainment and night life here, like international restaurants, tropical beach bars, a dive shop, a gym and spa, small shops, a casino and the Mambo Beach Boulevard. The Seaquarium and Dolphin Academy are located opposite of the resort where you often see the dolphins jump. Historic Willemstad is only 10 car minutes away. There is a private parking spot reserved for your rental car.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING
This is a self‑catered, privately owned property. A starter supply of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, bed and bath linens, plus beach towels). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Personal toiletries and other comfort items should be brought along or purchased locally. For longer stays, a mid‑term cleaning with fresh bed and bath linens is included. Beds are prepared with a European‑style duvet, and you’ll always have freshly laundered covers at each changeover.
Electricity usage up to 10 kWh per person per night is covered; additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out.
The property is equipped with both US 110V and EU 220V electrical outlets.
In the event of a cancellation an administration fee applies of USD 150.00.

Incredible time!
Stayed here with our entire family and we had an incredible time. The location of this resort is ideal, within walking distance to Mombo Beach and tons of great restaurants and shopping. The facility was perfect for our family. We will definately be revisiting this beautiful island and all it has to offer.
Anniversary Delight
We chose this property on advise of Jo and were not only delighted, we will return. This was an anniversary trip for our 50th wedding anniversary to renew vows. My immediate family came with us and we had ample room and amenities. A full week of scuba diving, fishing, touring town and relaxing in the resort was blissful.
Villa Hummingbird
Villa Hummingbird was by far our favorite vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The Villa is beautiful, clean, well stocked and very large which makes it perfect for a family with children. The very best part of the villa is the wonderful outdoor spaces, especially the lower level deck which allowed our family to spend days sunning, swimming and relaxing together while enjoying amazing views. The location is excellent for the beach and restaurants of Mambo beach as well. Overall Villa Hummingbird is an A+
